Play hard.
Play fair.

To ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun experience for all players, Vineland eSports follows the official City of Vineland Code of Conduct. By entering and participating in the gaming room, you agree to follow all posted rules and behavior policies. Failure to do so may result in removal from the space and suspension of gaming privileges. We're committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Please read through the facility guidelines below. After reviewing the information, you'll find the required Parent/Guardian Permission Slip download at the bottom of this section.

01

Respectful Behavior

Treat fellow gamers, staff, and visitors with respect and courtesy at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. No food or beverages are allowed inside the facility.

Maintain sportsmanlike conduct during game play, whether you win or lose. Let us keep the atmosphere friendly and welcoming.

02

Time Limit

To ensure fairness and allow everyone a chance to play, we have established a 75 minute limit for each gaming session when others are waiting.

03

Timely Exits

As your gaming session approaches the 75 minute mark, start wrapping up your current game or match. Prepare to exit the station promptly to allow the next player to start their session on time.

04

Noise Management

Maintain an appropriate noise level while playing. Excessive noise can disrupt the experience for others in and around the eSports room. Use of foul language and profanity is prohibited.

05

Equipment and Belongings

Treat the gaming equipment and peripherals with care. Any damage caused by negligence may result in liability for repair or replacement.

Keep your personal belongings secure. The Vineland Public Library staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

For the protection of the equipment and to maintain cleanliness, no food or drinks. Please enjoy your snacks and beverages outside the designated gaming zones.

07

Check-In and Checkout

All participants must check-in at the reference desk before starting their gaming session. This helps us manage the players and ensure a smooth flow of gameplay.

08

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter any issues, such as inappropriate behavior, technical problems, or concerns about the conduct of others, please report them to the staff immediately.

09

Cleanliness

Help keep the gaming area clean and organized. Dispose of trash properly and leave the equipment and surrounding in good condition.
